Counselling is a talking therapy that allows you to talk to a trained person, confidentially, about any issues or feelings that are worrying you. Counselling can be used to help with many different emotional issues, for example

issues around sexual identity
low self esteem
It provides you with a safe, confidential and regular space to talk and explore your feelings. I will offer you empathy by listening non judgmentally and respectfully, and help you to gain insight and awareness into understanding your problems, develop new perspectives and learn new skills to help you work through difficulties.
